Accepted entries shall be subject to the rules and regulations set forth for this competition by the SWPGA as well as any guidelines in place by the host facility. By entering this SWPGA-administered event, all participants agree that there are certain risks and accept personal and sole liability for all such risks, including, but not limited to, any health-related risks. Participants acknowledge and accept responsibility for maintaining their own personal safety, including but not limited to, utilizing their own PPE, practicing social distancing, and sanitizing themselves if they contact people or surfaces. All participants also understand that there is currently a risk of contracting COVID-19 at an SWPGA-administered event and accept personal responsibility and sole liability for that risk.

The danger of exposure to the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 exists.
• By coming onto property you take responsibility for your own protection and for disinfecting your hands and anything you touch.
• Do not come on property if you have a cough, fever or other symptoms of illness.

Due to cart limits at the facility, players will not be given individual automotive carts.

Players have the option to ride in an automotive cart, carry their own clubs, use a pushcart or the use of a caddy. In fairness to the entire field the Section will not take requests for individual carts.

The Waste Management Phoenix Open will have 8 separate Pre-Qualifiers.

Each qualifier will be 18-hole stroke play with the projected low 2 scores and ties advancing to the Waste Management Phoenix Open Monday Qualifier.

Those who successfully advance to Waste Management Phoenix Open Monday Qualifier will have to pay an additional $250.00, by Friday, February 3, 2023 5:00PM Arizona Time.
