18 Holes of Modified Chapman – Alternate Shot format.

Both players tee off, then switch balls (hit your partners golf ball). After the second shot, select the best ball and then alternate shots into the hole. If “Player A” last hit the selected ball, “Player B” shall play first in the alternation. Alternate shot continues until the ball is holed out. Only one score will be posted on each hole. The amateurs will receive 40% of their adjusted handicap index. Strokes will be subtracted from the total team score after the round

Please note: We will be playing in groups of four (4) players / two (2) teams.

Southwest PGA Member or registered Apprentice with a club official. Both players must be from the same facility. Team eligible for participation in the Championship will include a professional playing with their club president, course owner, or facility manager. Amateurs must have a current computerized handicap with a maximum of 36.

Professionals processing registrations must have the GHIN number of their amateur partner at the time of registration.

ENTRY FEE:
$425.00 per team (includes $8.00 processing fee).

ENTRY DEADLINE:
Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. Players must sign-up online with credit card payment prior to the entry deadline.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:
A breakfast buffet will be provided to all participants before golf. There will be a reception and awards following play for all participants with heavy hors d'oeuvres & beverages beginning approximately at 3:00 p.m.
